- B.E. or B.Tech. with GATE score/M.E. or M. Tech. with GATE score in Metallurgy/Metallurgical and Materials/ Ceramic/ Civil/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production/ Manufacturing / Computer Science/ Electronics/ Food Processing/ Biotechnology/ Mining Engineering with minimum 65% marks or 7 CGPA/60% marks or 6.5 CGPA respectively.
- MSc (with GATE/NET/GPAT) in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Life Science/Mathematics/Materials Science with minimum 65% marks or 7.0 CGPA.
- Age Limit: Maximum 28 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
