Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) Civil Defence Instructor / Senior Store Inspector Notification 2026 (Post Code 389) has been issued for Group-B posts under Level-9, Cell-01 of the ORSP Rules, 2017. A total of 7 vacancies have been announced for the Civil Defence Instructor / Senior Store Inspector post, with pay as per Level-9 of the Odisha 7th Pay Commission pay matrix.

Candidates aged between 21 and 32 years who possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university, basic computer skills, and the required Odia language qualification are eligible to apply, with relaxations available for SEBC/SC/ST, women candidates, and ex-servicemen as per rules. Educational Qualification:

• Basic knowledge in Computer Skill.
• Odia Language Requirement (passed Middle School with Odia as language subject or equivalent).

Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Age Relaxation: +5 years for SEBC, SC, ST & all Women candidates; + length of service for Ex-servicemen (Only one relaxation allowed—whichever is more beneficial).
